ABSTRACTS OF PAPERS
Paper presentation at the congress will be in the form of Oral Presentation or Poster. Paper submission will be made online. No printed materials will be used. Papers sent by fax, e-mail or post will not be accepted. Detailed information about abstract submission conditions can be found on the congress website.

INVITATION LETTER
An invitation letter will be sent to the participants by the Organization Secretariat, if requested, so that they can obtain permission from the institutions they work for. For a request, you can send an e-mail to taoms2024@grouppartner.com

CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION
Certificate of Participation will be sent to all participants by e-mail following the end of the congress.

FORCE MAJEURE
TAOMS 31st International Congress Organization Committee, in case of force majeure (war, strike, lockout, riot or all kinds of civil unrest and natural disasters such as earthquake, flood, drought, etc.), the Congress activities, events, congress-related regulations, program, plan or has the right to change and/or cancel other elements partially or completely. Neither party will have the right to claim any compensation for damages that may arise as a result of changes or cancellations made due to force majeure.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

For cancellations made until September 1, 2024, the registration fee will be refunded in exchange for a 50% penalty.
For cancellations made after September 1, 2024, the fee paid will not be refunded.
All refunds will be made after the end of the congress.
